When you submit a quote request we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Eircode, property type, and optional street address
• Optional notes you add to the quote request
• The service you are interested in
• Your consent to this privacy policy

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Our Work includes YouTube videos that only load if you press play. YouTube (Google) may then set cookies and process data as described in Google's privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests and provide our services
• To send your quote to our business WhatsApp number (089 248 5060) so we can reply. WhatsApp (Meta) processes that message
• To contact you about a booking you have asked for
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

• Consent: when you submit the quote form
• Contract: to prepare or fulfil a cleaning job
• Legitimate interests: to keep records of enquiries and prevent spam

Quote enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, or longer if needed to complete a job or meet a legal requirement. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
